The VariZoom DV Media Rig is a camera stabilizer for ultralight Mini-DV camcorders weighing up to 7.0 lbs (3.2 kg). It has three basic parts: the support pod, which carries and controls the camera, the abdominal support with spring loaded suspension pod, which bears most of the weight, and the shoulder arch with counterweight, which provides balance and stability.
