For the 15 years we have been in business our company mission has always been to “Help people create better video”. Now more than ever, we are living our mission. As an essential business that provides people the tools they need to work from home, for houses of worship to get their messages out each weekend, and for businesses to stay connected with their staff and customers by providing them with the equipment needed to achieve these goals.
Our Top Priority
The health and safety of our customers and employees continues to be our top priority. We are following all of the CDC guidelines, as well as the guidelines from the Washington State Department of Health including screening employees for COVID-19 symptoms, encouraging all employees to wash their hands frequently, clean their individual workstations multiple times per day, increased regularly scheduled cleaning and disinfecting, practicing social distancing, providing PPE to our staff to use, encouraging employees to stay home if sick, and having a majority of our employees work from home.
Our warehouse is still operational and we are taking extreme precautions to make sure our warehouse staff is safe by only allowing essential personnel in our building and providing the additional increased sanitary materials and processes to keep our warehouse staff working safely. We appreciate your patience with us as we operate on a limited crew and continue to adapt our business model in the COVID-19 world we find ourselves in.

Can I pick up my in-store order?
We are offering contactless curbside pickup Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm PST. Our team is working very hard to ensure we are following all CDC and local health department guidelines. If you would like to pick up your item by curbside pickup, please call our Customer Service line at (360) 653-7063 line and let one of our team experts know so that we can gather up your order. Once you have arrived in the parking lot, please call Customer Service at (360) 653-7063 and let them know you have arrived. A DVE Store team member will bring your order out to your car and have you sign for your order.
Is your online store open?
Dvestore.com remains fully operational. Our purchasing team is actively working on keeping all the items you need in stock. Please note that some items ship from the manufacturer or are on pre-order.
