How Not To Lose Your Data!
Here at the DVEstore, we've been producing a lot of videos, and in the process, filling up terabytes of storage space with 4K ProRes video. We're using the G-Tech G-SPEED Studio XL for our video editing storage. We've found it to be fast and reliable––offering the peace-of-mind that comes with data redundancy. We've put together this entertaining and informative video to show you how the Studio XL can benefit your workflow too!
Below are screengrabs from the video, which show the speeds for RAID 0, RAID 5 and RAID 6, as well as bullet-riddled hard drive icons to illustrate the level of data redundancy for each RAID level.
